Fire created Rock salt crystal (Halite) when Pangea, the mother of all continents split apart to form the continents we now know, this birth was a cataclysmic event , evaporating the mineral rich seas and destroying much of the life on the planet.

It is a concentrated form of sea water, micro encapsulating all the original minerals, nutrients and trace elements in a time capsule. The crystalline structure was created over millions of years by sediment washed from the land and covering the seawater evaporite. Gradually, the seawater evaporites compressed under the pressure and heat did the rest

Thankfully, that was 250 million years past and the planet has an amazing way of healing itself and the life that lives on it, anything alive now survived that event and it is interesting that all life on our planet has a near perfect match to the components of sea water.

Hardly surprising if we recognise the sea has all the minerals on our planet mixed with water over billions of years, since the planet cooled and the rains started, the rocks of our world have been ground to dust, washed into the ocean and mixed until they achieved a kind of matching equilibrium.

Seawater has an amazing mineral make up, not only does it have everything on our planet but it is near perfect balance with life on land as well as in the sea, when we bathe in the sea an amazing thing happens without us ever realising until something positive happens. For instance, cuts and insect bites heal up much quicker than on land and our skin feels softer.
