MAINLAND UK (including Isle of Wight) DELIVERY

Delivery is FREE for all orders above £75 incl. VAT to be delivered in MAINLAND UK(including Isle of Wight).

For orders up to £10 delivery charge is £1.95 second class, orders up to £75 delivery charge is £4.95 and is normally delivered by courier unless otherwise notified. Please include alternative delivery address if out at time of delivery, i.e. friendly neighbour, outhouse, garage, etc. Standard Delivery of 2-3 working days (excludes Bank Holidays) to mainland UK .

We process all orders at 11am each day (Mon-Fri), and aim to ship them all that day (excluding Bank Holidays). If you place an order after 11am, 9 times out of 10 we will still get it shipped out that day, however please allow 2 - 3 days for delivery. All we can say is that we will do our very best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Delivery on items weighing above 1.5Kg is normally via courier and orders are normally received by you the day after they are despatched by us, although the courier quoted delivery is 2-3 working days. Please Note: Some areas of Northern England and the Highlands of Scotland don't offer a next day delivery service, so you are likely to receive your goods within 3 - 5 working days. Courier shipments require a signature upon delivery, unless left in outhouse or garage as instructed.

Placing an order before 12 noon Mon-Fri and it should arrive the next working day! Although we try our hardest we're only human, and we believe the same is true of our shippers. Should your order not arrive within 3 working days of ordering, please contact Aromair Ltd by email or telephone to highlight the issue.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.

NON MAINLAND UK (includes Europe, Isle of Man, Ireland, Shetland and other places not connected to MAINLAND UK)

For delivery to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and areas not on the mainland, please kindly contact us at the time of placing your order and we will endeavour to find the most cost effective way to get the goods to you.

Contact us by email or telephone for deliveries outside of the UK. We can then arrange the best and most economical delivery method for your order. We DO NOT ship to countries outside the EU. For American orders please contact info@aromair.co.uk
